For Applying this Trick just use below given settings :
Apn – Celloneportal
Proxy -192.168.87.163
Port -8080
Home Page – wap.google.com
Done !!

you can also try this, Just Follow Below given Simple Steps :
Step 1 – Use Below Gprs Settings in Mobile :
Apn -bsnlstream
Port – 0
Proxy – none
Step 2 – Download and open any Operamini Handler
Step 3 – Use below given settings in Handler Menu :
Socket Server – socket://64.255.180.253:1080
Front Query – 64.255.180.253
Remove String from Url – global-4-lvs-usa.opera-mini.net
Step 4 – Now Press OK and wait for connecting to Internet.
After Connecting Successfully Enjoy Free Browsing and Downloading in Opera
