Device manager not open

try this

 1. Start- run- cmd

 2.Type
 %windir%\system 32 &press enter



 3.Type
 Regsvr32 msxml.dll &prs enter?

 4. Type

 Regsvr32 msxml2.dll & press enter



 5. type

 regsvr32 msxml3.dll &press enter


 6. Exit and restart computer
